Every shirt is printed to order. That means it is made after you place your order, carefully packed, and sent your way with tracking.

Orders usually ship within 7 days. Once your order ships, USPS typically delivers it within 2–5 business days.

After that, the carrier takes over. You can track the package every fifteen minutes or pretend you are completely relaxed about it. Both are acceptable.

Buying a shirt online should not feel like guessing whether the brisket is done without a thermometer.

If you are not happy with your tee, email me within 30 days of delivery and I will do my best to make it right. Depending on the situation, that may mean a replacement, a different size, store credit, a partial refund, or a full refund.

Every shirt is printed especially for you, so I do not operate a traditional “send everything back to a giant warehouse” return system. In most approved cases, you will not be asked to mail the original shirt back.

Before Your Shirt Goes to Print

Right after ordering, you will receive an email asking you to double-check:

• the design, color, and size;
• your shipping address;
• the measurements in the size chart.

Spot a mistake? Reply as quickly as possible. I will do my best to update your order, but changes cannot be guaranteed once it has entered production.

If Something Arrived Wrong

If your shirt arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or simply is not what you ordered, that is on me.

Email support@backyard-legend.com with:

• your order number;
• a short description of the problem;
• a photo clearly showing the issue.

I will get it sorted.

If the Size or Shirt Just Is Not Right

Picked the wrong size? The fit is not what you expected? Changed your mind after seeing it in person?

Email me within 30 days of delivery. Since every shirt is made to order, there is not one automatic solution for every situation, but I will review what happened and work with you to find a fair way forward.
